Appointments are highly recommended to ensure personalized attention for bridal consultation, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
We encourage you to bring up to 4 guests to share the special experience. Let us know if you have a larger group, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Off-the-Rack Clearance Gowns
These are beautiful gowns available in-store that are sold as-is and ready to take home the same day. They are perfect for brides, formal wear needs with a short timeline or those looking for budget-friendly options.
Yes! Alterations can make your gown fit perfectly. We can recommend trusted a seamstress’s who specialize in bridal wear.
Yes, off-the-rack gowns are typically sold as-is and are final sale with no refunds.

Catalog Dress Styles & Special Orders
Absolutely! If you fall in love with a bridal gown or specialty gown from our various vendor catalogs, (Morilee, Blu, Serendipity, Michelle, Azazie, Jasz Couture, Dave & Johny, Ava Pressley, Jacobean Evenings) we can place a special order for you.
Delivery times vary depending on the designer; however, our specialty collection by Morilee can take up to 6-8 months, and some of the other designers can take from 3-6 months. We recommend ordering early to allow time for fittings and alterations.
Many designers offer customization options, such as changing neckline styles or adding sleeves. Our in-store consultation can discuss available options during your appointment.
